Our Goals and Objectives

GOAL

To mobilize and empower Bangsamoro women and communities by harnessing and enhancing their full potential, facilitating equitable access to resources and opportunities, promoting inclusive governance, and advancing evidence-based and research-driven development.

OBJECTIVES

  1. To build leadership and strengthen organizational capacities of Bangsamoro women and communities through organizing, training, mentoring, and skills development programs.
  2. To facilitate equitable access to livelihood, healthcare, education, and other basic social services and programs that support community progress and development.
  3. To engage with concerned government offices and agencies and strengthen partnership with Local Protection Bodies to ensure safety and security, gender equality, and human rights.
  4. To strengthen collaboration with Peace and Security Mechanisms to ensure meaningful participation of women in peacebuilding, and conflict prevention and response.
  5. To promote the meaningful participation of women in governance, decision-making processes, and policy advocacy at all levels.
  6. To help protect, document, and promote the cultural heritage and indigenous knowledge systems of Bangsamoro communities.
  7. To generate and utilize evidence-based research to inform policies, programming, and advocacy initiatives relevant to women and community development in the Bangsamoro region.
  8. To strengthen the capacity of Bangsamoro communities in disaster preparedness, response, and recovery through inclusive, gender-responsive, and community-based disaster risk reduction and management programs.
  9. To strengthen institutional capacity to mobilize sustainable resources, enabling it to operate effectively as a self-sustaining institution.
