MWDECC is powered by a dedicated team of women leaders, professionals, and community organizers who are deeply committed to advancing the rights, leadership, and well-being of Bangsamoro women – particularly those in conflict-affected and underserved communities.
Rooted in the realities of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, our team brings together diverse expertise in peacebuilding, governance, social protection, research, and community development. Each member plays a critical role in translating MWDECC’s mission into meaningful action on the ground.
We are not only practitioners but also advocates – working closely with communities, local leaders, and partner institutions to design and implement inclusive, community-driven solutions. From facilitating dialogue and mediation, to strengthening women’s leadership and access to services, our team ensures that programs are responsive, culturally grounded, and sustainable.
Guided by the values of PROSPERITY, we work collaboratively to build stronger systems where women are recognized as leaders, decision-makers, and agents of change.
Together, we stand with Bangsamoro women – amplifying voices, strengthening leadership, and building pathways toward lasting peace and inclusive development.
